* "El" Dor Ado

I'm currently waiting for a brand spanking new desktop to arrive, so don't really feel I can get on and actually *play* the game at the moment, in case it's a waste of time and I'm unable to transfer all of my saved files over to Windows 7... these things never go according to plan, do they? So, instead of playing, I've been revamping various homes throughout my game and this is my latest offering...

...previously known as "El" Urban Sprawl, a rather utilitarian looking home thingy in Sunset Valley that truly left my sims shuddering when jogging past - it's had an overhaul of it's floor plan and been spruced up outside, to make any sim believe they're actually holidaying somewhere near the Mediterranean Sea (at least that was what I was aiming for).

I've only added a few blocks of foundation to the rear of the property, but have built *up* on this one, it really needed it. It now has the potential for 3 to 4 bedrooms, but the upstairs space would probablybe better used as a study and den - I've left it up to you, this one is unfurnished... inside. However, I've gone a little mad with the garden - even included a kitchen sink! It now has a sunken patio/bar area, pool plus lounge chairs and a smashing little BBQ/Dinner party area... plus two decks, one to the first floor, and a fountain thingy.

I've not used any third party cc, but have used maybe 6 items of store content - all listed at the download.

If you like what you see, you'll find a link to the download at the bottom of the page.

    Wonderful job on the house! But I have a question.. The Biltmore House in Asheville, NC in America is gorgeous, and if you could re create it, that would be wayyy cool!
