I've just built this for the Summer Lovin Theme at Sims 3 Musketeers. I've named it, very imaginatively - 477 Sunnyside Boulevard.
It's quite a bit larger than my usual homes, I have no idea if I'll actually play it or leave it to stand empty, and the layout inside is slightly quirky - though for once, I did remember to include bathrooms as more than just an afterthought. Usually, I build an entire home and then think "Oh shit - where are they gonna shit?" - and have to squeeze a bathroom into a random corner somewhere - this baby has five of the buggers. It also has four bedrooms, two sleeping decks, a car port, a dining room, a sitting room to the first floor, a kitchen/living room (don't know how that happened but it did) and three access points. I've not furnished it, I may or may not do that at a later date (for me, not you) - my interest in it is already waning.
It's situated in Sunset Valley, beside 455 Sunnyside Boulevard, facing out over the ocean, so it doesn't need much in the way of a garden - and it hasn't really got one! If you download it and decide you want to grow vegetables, you'll either have to relocate your sim or demolish one of the porches.
