* Bare Bones


Above, is 16 Maywood Lane. It's basically just the building, with windows and doors and interior rooms. There's not a speck of furniture, nor a plant to be had. I build these all the time, with specific families in mind, and never share them because they don't seem quite good enough without all of the floss... but my friends think I've got it wrong, and that a lot of people quite like the idea of a completely empty home or community lot, that they can personalise for themselves.

So I'm going to make it available for downloading and see what happens.

I have all EPs and SPs, but you only really need base game, WA, and Ambitions (and Pets for the garage door, though any garage door will do). I think the wood floors are from LN, but you can just use your own choice.

  3. I. FREAKIN. LOVE. THIS.

    Bare bones has its benefits. ;) I love the fact that I can take this and plop it onto a lot without having to worry about removing plants or needing SPs for furniture to show up correctly. This will definitely work as a home for one of my wealthy Southern folks.
