So here it is, as promised - a revamp of my own build from the *Start Somewhere* Challenge at Living Sims. Chyandour may seem an odd name but it's a real one... it's Cornish for House By The Water - Chy an dowr in old language. It seemed fitting because that's where I live, Cornwall... and this house has a pond... and it's built in Riverview.
I have used an absolute shed load of store content in this one because I got a bit carried away and you really do need the Outdoor Living Stuff (Stuff Pack), but of course, it will install without any EPs or SPs, you'll just be missing all the good stuff. I honestly couldn't recommend the OLS pack highly enough, it's got some real gems in it, as well as the usual weird shit that you'll never find a use for.
Hopefully you'll like this one as much as I do, it really was fun to landscape and furnish, and that's usually the bit where my boredom threshold starts screaming "ENOUGH!" at me. You'll find a link to the download at the bottom of the page.
